One of the UK's leading and established Business to Business telecoms providers in the industry are a growing.
Based from prestigious offices in Swansea or the South West office they are now looking for an experienced New Business Field Based Sales Specialists to develop and identify new Business to Business opportunities.

We're looking for an ambitious, driven person who has a passion for delivering customer excellence, working to achieve the best for customers, colleagues and partners. This is an office based role from the Swansea office but you will be out on the road (restrictions permitting) across the South Wales and South West England.

What you will be doing as a New Business Field Based Sales Specialists.

You will be responsible for the delivery of new customer acquisition targets and sales order values within a dedicated area from our defined portfolio of mobile, fixed, hosted and IT products and services

  • Significant experience within the sales environment and a proven track record in achieving sales targets & KPI's essential
  • Evidence of delivering revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Sound technical understanding of mobile phones, tablets, airtime products, fixed line, hosted and cloud services
  • Able to demonstrate a strong skill set and experience of selling either mobile, IT or fixed/hosted solutions in the Business sector, by delivering complex solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience of creating a sales plan to deliver the desired results, including evidence that you can modify your activity/inputs to positively influence the results/outputs of their plan, in order to grow your market share.

Who are we looking for as a New Business Field Based Sales Specialists.
You will be responsible for winning new business opportunities over the phone in compliance with a KPI and Target scheme

  • Experience of the Telecoms industry preferred due to the terminology used
  • High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm with a passion for developing and being an active and supportive member of the team.
  • To be able to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
  • Work well under pressure
  • You will have a clearly defined sales methodology and will be required to create and present a credible sales plan.
  • You will keep up to date with market developments and customer insight will be needed in order to contribute to the wider Field Sales strategy therefore an entrepreneurial outlook is essential.
  • Happy working alone on the road and self motivated
