This is a great opportunity to join our client, a growing software business, and to be involved right at the heart providing internal and client support with the flexibility to take ownership of any situation. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for the growing clientbase.
Their flagship product is an operational software platform for a business sector providing management tools to run their business.

* Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Experience
* Providing remote support to end users
* Troubleshooting with respect to Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
* Software support
* Back up solutions and principles
* Office 365
Excellent progression is available for the right candidates.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm - this role can be fulfilled with 2/3 days in the office and some at home if desired
