DSP Engineer - GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 - Northampton

Then look no further as I have an electrifying opportunity for a DSP Engineer to join this exciting technology company and their software team!
The successful candidate will have not only have the ability to test the products by being able to rock out with an Electric Guitar but they will be able to develop, implement and optimise DSP Algorithm. This will include both high-level modelling (MATLAB, C/C++, VST plug-ins) and assembler level optimisation on the target platforms.
My client is looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent embedded C and C++ programming skills; Good understanding of DSP theory; Experience with audio signal processing and to have an understanding of VST plugins. A passion for the music industry and the ability to play an electric guitar.
It would be advantageous for the successful candidate to be; Proficient using MATLAB; Experience in assembler - level optimisation such as (ARM Cortex M/ Cortex A); Experience using JUCE or similar for creating software GUI's.

This position is commutable from Northampton, Coventry, Kettering, Bedford, Leicester, Milton Keynes and other areas around Northamptonshire and the East Midlands
