Are you a dedicated HR Professional that has a passion for ER? This is a generalist role, acting as the main point of contact for a vast range of employee relations matters. You will provide advice and support on day to day people related activity, and support the People Business Partners with key projects to help achieve the overall People Strategy.

You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, like a challenge, have strong communication skills and experience of managing high volume ER casework. You will also be CIPD qualified or working towards it.
