We are looking for an SC cleared Estates/Building Surveyor (ideally RICS/CIOB/CABE) with excellent experience as a Building Surveyor, Facilities Management Surveyor, Risk Management Surveyor or similar.
You will have In depth knowledge of relevant regulations and health & safety legislation in the following:
Legionella risk management, Gas safety, Fuels safety, Electrical safety, Asbestos management, Fire safety.
High Wycombe / remote - mainly remote working at the moment but need to be able to come to the office as and when needed, some travel might also be required
