Page Personnel are working hand in hand with this reputable business to recruit for a Customer Support and Sales Advisor to join their busy customer focused function in the heart of Chester.

This role will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract, however for the right person this could go permanent.

My client pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service and have very high standards. They are recognised as being a fantastic, supportive company to work for - based in modern offices in the heart of Chester.

This role operates from 7.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will need to be flexible to work a rota of three shifts between the hours of 7.45am and 5pm.

Description

This Customer Support and Sales Advisor role will include but not be limited to the following duties:

* Deal with your own portfolio of clients, answering queries and maintain a diary of 150 clients per week. Ensuring weekly orders are made and processed.

* To educate clients on product range and any offers that may be of interest. Ensure your client has the best product available.

* The role includes handling incoming calls from clients, members of the sales field teams, the distribution company and other industry related businesses.

* Processing daily distribution reports

* Process orders, report faulty stock, allocating orders and dealing with returns

* Flexibility to cover other department tasks or assist as required

The successful Candidate must have the following:

  • Organised and self motivated
  • Excellent communicator and telephone manner
  • Willing to go the extra mile for customers and team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel and all Microsoft applications
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships professionally
