Cover and Administration Manager
Required from September 2021
Permanent, 37 hours per week x 41 weeks per annum
(term time plus 3 weeks)
Grade E24 – 27 (23,477 – 25,842 pro-rata),
plus contributory LGPS Pension Scheme
Due to the retirement of the current postholder Plymouth CAST Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a committed, energetic and talented Administration Manager to the lead Cover team within both secondary schools and manage administration in Student Services and Reception at Notre Dame. Successful candidates will embrace our ethos, contribute to school improvement plans and work hard to ensure support services facilitate excellent teaching and learning.
We expect successful applicants to show within their application, and at interview, their passion for working with young people and be able to explain how they will embrace and support the Trust’s ethos. They will have a strong administration background, either through formal qualification or qualified by experience, previous experience leading teams along with a strong understanding of school systems, cover, SIMS and managing budgets to derive best value. They will enjoy working in fast-paced, customer facing work environment be an excellent communicator and influencer of people and be solutions driven.
Both secondary schools are Roman Catholic, comprehensive, single-sex schools (Notre Dame – girls, St Boniface’s – boys) with a mixed sixth form at Notre Dame.
