Michelle Denny Recruitment is working with the long standing Diss business, Monarch Water, that is looking to grow their Service and Sales Support teams with the following full time and permanent office-based positions: Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator & Customer Service Telesales Coordinator. All roles are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, paying GBP20,488pa.
This organisation is exceptionally busy so if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of a full and satisfying working day, these new positions could suit you well, especially if you love the mix of administration and customer service (and for the telesales role, some non-targeted, warm calling too!)
You'll be working alongside the well-established sales and service teams dealing with clients, scheduling appointments and building relationships with customers in the trade, retail and domestic sectors. Lots of admin and lots of telephone liaising too.

You'll need to be:
- A great communicator, with a love of conversing with a variety of people
- Confident dealing with a variety of customers, with a professional and personable approach
- Organised, good at managing your own time and excellent with those all-important finer details
- Comfortable with general office IT, including Microsoft
