GBP20,000 to GBP22,000 + Benefits + Training

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30

Customer Service Advisor / Book Keeper required for a well established manufacturer with a great reputation. This is an ideal role to join a friendly company who hold quality at the heart of what they do. This role will be within a fast paced environment and you will play an integral part of the business.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with a working knowledge of Sage50 being essential. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply. You will need to be confident when communicating with customers.

You will play a key point of contact for customers and will be responsible for offering advice on products and generating quotes. Training on generating quotes will be offered. You will assist the sales team by handling calls from new customers and will be responsible for answering queries or resolving issues with regards to products, orders and costs. You will also oversee deliveries and arrange these via client portals and produce delivery notes.

The other focus of this role will be using Sage50 to create, manage and file invoices. You will be responsible for chasing outstanding invoices from clients and oversee the general management of the office. This will involve ordering stationary, filing etc.
