This position has arisen due to an increase in business needs and is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable role in a friendly business.
Your new role
Your new role will be to keep the department in order by running in an efficient and profitable manner, managing customer orders and increasing customer satisfaction. You will strive to improve customer service experience, manages sales orders whilst facilitating customer growth. You will take ownership of customer issues, work with third party logistics, co-ordinate sales orders and customer returns whilst analysing statistics and compiling accurate reports.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be success you will have significant experience as a Customer Service Manager/Team Leader, experience managing sales orders and customer returns, be client facing and have good knowledge of ERP inventory software and proven support within a logistics/distribution environment.
