E-Learning Design Consultant
The role of E Learning Consultant is instrumental in designing and advising on E Learning courses within Sigma Financial taking the brief through to content delivery.
E-Learning Design Consultant Responsibilities:
* Storyboarding and scripting ideas for key e-learning projects based on Sigma Financial client's and internal requirements.
* Understanding project briefs to create engaging and innovative E Learning content.
* Design, develop and execute high quality digital learning solutions.
* Stakeholder management and communication, building relationships with a variety of people across the organisation, ensuring all learning and business objectives are met.
* Develop Articulate360 formatted e-learning course materials based on SME provided content.
* Identify opportunities to implement new learning and development practices.
* Create a variety of creative learning programs including animation, interactive videos, and other materials.
* Manage assigned projects to successful and timely conclusions, providing written reports and updates to key stakeholders as required.
E-Learning Design Consultant Requirements:
Essential:
* Graphic Design Qualification or relevant experience.
* Tried and tested design of E learning course content using Articulate 360.
* Able to conduct training needs analysis.
* Able to create storyboards for learning interventions.
* Create materials to be used within an e-learning environment (graphics, images etc).
* The ideal candidate will come from an e-learning or creative role where they have created bespoke programs.
Desirable:
* Experience in BPO or contact centre environments would be an advantage but not essential.
