We are looking for 16 temporary staff for one of our favourite Clients who are based in Stevenage.
Starting on either Tuesday 29th June or Thursday 1st July (there is no flexibility on these dates so you must be available to start on one of those days)
The booking will last 4 - 5 weeks, possibly longer.
The Role:
Working within an office environment (Social distancing in place), you will be dealing with existing customers who are ringing in to order products for home delivery.
Duties will include processing orders, advising on stock availability, delivery dates, and taking payment over the phone.
The Ideal Person:
- Someone who is available on the specified dates
- Excellent telephone voice - professional and friendly
- Some customer services skills
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Knows how to navigate around a website
Details:
- GBP9.64 per hour
- 35 hour week
- Slight shift basis i.e. 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm
- You will work one Saturday during the booking but will get a day off in the week
