Accounts Payable Assistant

My client, a market-leading business supplying the construction sector, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for a period of 12 months.

They are growing as an organisation, and require someone with energy and positivity to support the current team to cover a secondment.

In general terms, you will be responsible for the following:

- matching, batching and coding invoices

- dealing with queries from suppliers

- statement reconciliations

- ad hoc requests from Head Office for reporting purposes

This is an opportunity to join a highly successful organisation, operating from their base in Telford.

We'd like to find someone with a friendly, organised manner, who is available to start at the beginning of July and willing to commit for the 12 months.
