Marketing Insight Analyst

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Marketing Insight Analyst (up to GBP40,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a large dynamic, eCommerce business in Nottinghamshire. The role can be up to 4 days a week working from home.

This role is responsible for all insight & data within the marketing department whilst liaising closely with senior leaders to deliver critical insight on which to base commercial decisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to complex business and technology projects, collaborating with other functional and technical analysts in delivering in-depth analysis.
• Provide information, analysis, insights, and recommendations to assist senior (marketing) management and directors, with a focus on marketing campaigns.
• Provide information and insights for, and own the activities required to produce and collate the business plans and forecasts for the marketing business areas.
• Be viewed as the 'dataexpert' for the marketing areas of the business.
• Collaborate with other BI analysts (commercial, technical, ESI) to streamline the overall BI portfolio and help develop a self-serve BI solution for the functional analysts.
• Work with the marketing team to agree sensible performance metrics and KPIs.
• Capture and deliver reporting and analysis requirements for the marketing business areas to agreed timescales and quality standards, visualising performance, identifying insights and trends, and comparing with appropriate benchmark data as required.

The successful candidate will play a key role as the business moves towards 100% online sales with marketing analytics being at the heart of their growth.
