Customer Account Manager
One of the UK's leading and established Business to Business telecoms providers in the industry are a growing.
Based in prestigious offices in Swansea they are now looking for an Customer Account Manager to join them as they expand and continue to grow.
We're looking for an ambitious, driven person who has a passion for delivering customer excellence, working to achieve the best for customers, colleagues and partners. You will be nurturing and upselling to existing customers along with resigning lapsed customer accounts
What you will be doing as a Customer Account Manager
You will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities every day, and you will be nurturing and upselling to existing customers along with resigning lapsed customer accounts.
You will be responsible for; building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, for onboarding and managing new customers and for placing orders with suppliers, utilizing software and applications to manage services.
Who are we looking for as a Customer Account Manager
- Experience of the Telecoms industry essential due to the terminology used. Ideally within business mobile phones, tablets, airtime products, fixed-line, internet connectivity, hosted services
- High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm with a passion for developing and being an active and supportive member of the team.
- To be able to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Work well under pressure

Starting Salary GBP17,500 PLUS Performance Related Bonus Scheme
8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday- NO Weekends or Bank Holiday working
