Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: GBP24,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm

Type: 12 month Maternity Cover

BASIC FUNCTION (S)

  • Point of contact for customers via emails, telephone
  • Processing orders that come in from the Sales network
  • Creating sales order acknowledgement's
  • Delivering a high level of customer service

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First point of contact for customer queries: email, telephone & face to face
  • Answer queries or pass on to the appropriate department
  • Receiving & processing orders from the Sales team, Distributors, Wholesale
  • Create and send sales orders to customers confirming quantities ordered, pricing per garment and custom embroidery instructions
  • Double checking the above information against the original order from the sales team

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Computer skills - Confident in using Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Good time management
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate well with all internal departments
  • Good, professional telephone manner
  • Confidence to speak to a wide range of customers on the phone, emailing & face to face
  • An interest in golf is advantageous
