Product Marketing Manager

We are currently searching for a Shopper & Product Marketing Manager for globally recognised and respected brand, leading the way in sustainability and optimised drinking water solutions. As the job title would suggest we need someone who has experience in shopper marketing and product management. About You???

This is a truly important and hands-on position within our Marketing team located in Bicester, Oxfordshire

The successful candidate will be responsible for Product Management of the Consumer Division including strategy and new product launches, as well as, having overall accountability of the Shopper & Category Management strategy.

Some of the key accountabilities are: Shopper Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Planning & Strategy, e-commerce, and being the upholder of insights relevant for defining business strategy

This role has 2 direct reports. Our S&P Marketing Executive & Customer Care Team Leader. So we are seeking someone who is empowering, and a natural leader, and who enjoys developing others. Both team members are experienced marketing professionals who are eager and willing to learn from your experience, under your management and tutelage.

The position has come about due to internal promotion, so you'll have the predecessor on hand to give you all the information and tricks of the trade you need when starting out on this journey, but ultimately, the role is yours to make your own, with the support of a wider team that have decades of experience.

Your ideas, voice and opinions, are all welcomed and encouraged. This is a team who like to rise the challenge, to take ideas, try new things and consistently develop and improve.

It is essential that you have experience in a similar role, so you can hit the ground running working with the wider marketing team to drive our business and products to the next level.
