**** French Speaking Customer Service Vacancy ****

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative within the manufacturing / production industry who can speak fluent French and would like to work for a company who not only look after their staff but nurture and progress them?

The CSR role is imperative to the business and you will be delivering first class customer support to all French based customers.

Key Tasks of the CSR:

  • Deal with all customer enquiries and orders by phone / e mail
  • Input customer orders into system (SAP)
  • Proactively update customers on progress of orders
  • Admin work connected with internal process (invoicing, sending certificates, raising credit notes)
  • Raise sample requests for customers
  • Provide support to sales team members
  • Booking transport & arranging collections

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Conversational ability / fluency is French
  • Competence in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel
  • 2+ years' experience working in a Customer Service role
  • CSR experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
  • Good written and oral communication skills (English & French)
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
