We are looking for Customer Service Engineer's who go beyond the expected. What will you be doing?

  • Delivering an excellent customer experience for the customer
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is a priority when working on-site, taking into consideration your own safety and that of customers
  • Take ownership of any site issues and work with others to ensure that a resolution is found and documented
  • Identifying problems/issues and escalating to your Field Team Manager to ensure that continuousimprovements are made to the business and processes

What are we looking for?

  • Customer service experience in a face to face service environment
  • The ability to work from height, this includes 3 stage ladders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to clearly direct others and influence change.
  • UK Full Driving Licence
  • Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects, installations and repairs without a detrimental impact on service quality is desirable
