Cashier Manager

• Perform the day-to-day management of approximately 300 bank accounts
• Continually review work allocation across the team of c.30 colleagues
• Design and create KPIs and SLAs for both off and on shore teams
• Develop and monitor controls and MI to ensure all KPIs and SLAs are achieved
• Assist and often lead IBA-related projects, ensuring deliverables are met in-line with project deadlines
• Assist the off-shore team with system requirements; providing regular support and constructive feedback to
• help maintain results
• Identify solutions to improve the efficiency of processes
• Maintain key relationships with all IBA departments to understand key dependencies of each area
• Maintain relationships with key business units to ensure service delivery is of standard and any process or
• control changes are implemented in adherence with company policies
• Assist in technical issues and utilise problem solving skills to achieve solutions
• Assist Manager to meet the needs of the business across the group, working towards common goals
• Ensure compliance is maintained relating to the handling of Client Money procedures within the team and at
• branch level
• Create clear goals and implement forward planning of Team Leaders to ensure month-end commitments are
• achieved with quality
• Review and improve current processes and practices to identify any changes required to meet industry standards

Minimum 2 years in a similar role within Finance
Previous bank reconciliations experience essential both off and on system
Sound understanding of journal process to ensure accurate reconciliations
Ability to re-engineer cashier processes where required following business changes
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Experience managing and leading change
Experience in dealing with people where English is not their first language
Treasury experience
