Come and join our team as HR Information and Systems Analyst, this newly created role will join our busy HR team at Head Office providing first-class support to the group.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent ICT skills, particularly in Excel and have a good understanding of HR. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload with a focus on prioritisation towards the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration of the SAP HR Management Information System, Success Factors supporting users across the business
* Assist with the Production of standard and ad-hoc management reports
* Ensure HR documentation is managed in line with GDPR
* Assisting the wider HR function with ad-hoc data requests and systems support
* Train system users on functionalities and new features of Success Factors
Skills and Experience
* Strong reporting and data skills experience
* A highly competent Excel user
* Logical thinker with excellent communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive data in line with Seetec Group policy and legislation
* Effective organisation skills in order to work to deadlines, manage workload and conflicting priorities
* Good overall HR knowledge and understanding of HR processes
* Experience with Data Analysis
* Project Management skills and experience
* Excellent technical and trouble shooting skills
* Understanding of GDPR in relation to HR systems
Additional Information
Salary: GBP17,825 - GBP22,275 p.a. (dependent on experience)
Location: Hockley, Essex
Hours: 37hrs Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm - Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Closing Date: 14 May 2021
FTC for 12 months
