Static Maintenance Electrician Bradford
My client is a National FM Company. They are currently recruiting for a static maintenance electrician. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in electrical, with 17th or 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Retail Distribution
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance over one large site, including changing lamps, ballasts, starters, globes, small lighting installations, changing sockets, single and 3 phase, fault finding back to panels, general PPM's and fault finding on ahu's, fan coil units, splits, boilers checks, basic plumbing and fabric duties, escorting sub-contractors, general paper work.
Hours are 6am to 2pm/ 8am to 4pm and 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, weekly rotation, with call out and optional overtime.
Salary 32K (including on call allowance 1-3), uniform and tools provided, ipad and phone, private healthcare, and company benefits.
