We are a key service provider to Audi UK and now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Sales Development Manager to join our established team.
About the IVCEO Administrator role:
You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administration tasks related to end of lease vehicle returns for our client.
As our IVECO Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Communicate with customers through regular emails and phone calls; Review accordingly to guidelines
* Send DEKRA reports to partners and customer.
* Use and export reports from different ICT tools and system;
* Organise the documents and follow up with the chasing in order to get purchase order numbers from customers.
* Be responsible for the documents physical and electronic archive in the office.
* Provide reports to the financial controller.
* Ensure the status of vehicles is updated on the official government website
* Ensure mileages on the system are updated
* Mediate between customers and area manager for any disputes.
* Order any missing documents on the official website and systems
* Any other administration duties that may arise
* To provide professional and effective services to internal and / or external customers, to meet customer expectations.
* To communicate courteously with internal and / or external customers by telephone, email and face to face, building positive relationships, responding to and progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.
* To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
* To work as part of a team to achieve the departmental standards.
* To work together with other departments within DEKRA Automotive to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Customer care experience
* A confident telephone manner
* Excellent attention to details;
* The ability to manage sensitive data and share them in the correct way to third parties;
* The experience / aptitude for using various computer-based systems;
* Excellent general PC skills with use of windows environment;
* An excellent working knowledge of Excel to manipulate data;
* Proficiency in MS Office products;
* Communication & organisational skills, ability to work on own initiative;
* Ability to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules;
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
* Reliability with good time keeping skills.
