Performance and Relationship Manager
Black Country area including Hereford and Worcester
GBP 33000 to GBP 35000 a year
Permanent and Full Time 37.5 hours a week

This is a Payments by Results contract and would suit somebody that has worked in the Skills or Employability sector and is used to managing funded projects, in this case, the DWP

This role will be managing and developing a team of advisors to provide advice and guidance and labour market information across the breadth of the Black Country, Hereford and Worcester, The advisors will be tasked with supporting individuals into work or further training so any employability experience you have will be an advantage

You will need to be able to travel independently and have access to a vehicle

As a relationship manager, you will embed the brand and delivery with key partners and in the local community. As this is a Payment by Results contract you will ensure all aspects of contract performance are achieved.

You will ensure compliance and quality of performance is robust and of a high standard.
