Proactive, experienced and confident Events professional? Looking to make a difference working on an exciting programme of fundraising events for an incredible local hospice charity? This is your next job! Helping to improve wellbeing and quality of life, the charity provides compassionate, dedicated and dignified care for patients including end of life support. As an Events Fundraiser, you'll help to raise the funds needed to continue this vital work.You'll lead on the planning and delivery of the charity's fundraising events portfolio, engaging and inspiring their community of supporters. An integral part of a busy fundraising team, you'll be liaising with event participants, attendees and external stakeholders including VIPs as well as supporting and managing a large number of volunteers.What are we looking for?* An experienced and creative event planner; highly organised in order to develop thorough plans, juggle competing priorities and problem solve effectively. * You're creative and flexible; adapting to the changing fundraising climate and helping to shape the events programme in a time of extreme evolution in the events world. * You're an inspiring and enthusiastic communicator and relationship-builder, proactive and dynamic.Flexible, life and family-friendly working culture. Primarily based out of the Bolton head-office, but home working and part-time requests also considered.
