Athona are recruiting for a HCPC registered Band 7 Physiotherapist, based in Bletchley, to start ASAP for an ongoing position.
Required to work in community admission avoidance and supported discharge team.
The role will include completing multifactorial assessments to identify goals and treatment plans, providing intervention such as issuing equipment and rehabilitation plans to improve functional independence.
Experience of working with older people is essential. Car driver essential as this is a community post and you will be working in patient's own homes.
Pay: GBP26-GBP30 p/h
Start Date: ASAP
HCPC Registration
Hours: 37.5
Shift Pattern: 08:30 - 17:00
