I am now looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join a fast growing UX TEAM. You will be working as part of a multi-skilled team with Designers, Developers, Product Owners, Researchers and Analysts. Your focus will be to improve the mobile app for user experience and a key person when delivering changed to the wider business. You will be within the Product team conducting user research and analysing user behaviour.

You will be expected to share your knowledge to optimise the mobile app and any other applications to ensure the best browsing experience possible. You will be required to create a user friendly and aesthetically pleasing experience who is able to quickly implement ideas and suggestions.

Requirements:

* UX Research Experience

* Experience with ecommerce websites

* Experience with both qualitative and quantitative

* Commercially focused approach

Desirables:

* Experience working with high traffic websites

* Experience in A/B testing
