Our client is a a highly successful Company, who have over 30 years' experience within the flooring and cleaning industry.

As Operations Manager, you will be reporting directly in to the Company Director and be a tower of strength to help them move the business on to the next exciting stages. With the chance of progression!

About the role:

Responsibility and accountability for managing the delivery of cleaning and support services, ensuring all services meet agreed standards in an efficient, professional and customer focused manner
Be responsible for staff recruitment, ensuring staffing levels are maintained and relevant cover is in place for absence.
Ensure that staff have been trained to company standards and identify any additional training needs to support career development.
Take a proactive approach to Health and Safety management, promoting good habits and methods of work to ensure the safety and welfare of colleagues.
Attend regular site visits to conduct quality inspections / audits
Ensure the safety, welfare and good performance of all direct reports
National coverage, however primary areas include the M4 corridor from London - Bristol, Midlands and Oxfordshire
Field based role, with a combination of home working / reporting to office once a weekThe successful candidate will have:

Previous experience with the cleaning / flooring industry would be beneficial
Previously managed a large team across multiple sites
Full UK driving licence
Good range of IT skills
Ability to work within a busy and pressurised environment
Have flexible approach to working hours as there may be occasions where client visits will be conducted on an evening / weekendPackage:

Salary of GBP30K per annum, plus potential to earn additional bonus / commission for bringing on new business.
