Job Title: Mobile M+E Engineer
Location: Hampshire
Overview:
Here at Integra we are very excited to be working with our client who are a leading force within electrical and mechanical engineering. We are currently recruiting for Mobile M+E engineer who will be responsible for the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems within the Essex and London regions. The works will be delivered across a mix of commercial offices, healthcare, retail and block management. The preferred candidate would be ideally electrically bias.
Reasons to work for a SME company:
??? Maintenance Engineers seem to have too many line managers within a larger companies. Therefore decisions can sometimes take too long to be made.
??? Training & development actually gets delivered more frequently within an SME.
??? There is more of a feeling of involvement within an SME rather than feeling like a number within a larger provider.
Prospective candidates will:
* Be apprenticeship trained in an electrical or mechanical discipline
* Be qualified to City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Testing and inspecting qualified
* Have 5 years' experience in a similar role (applicants without relevant experience will not be considered)
* Have sound knowledge of ACOP L8 control of legionella
* Professionally represent the company at all times
* Have Excellent communication skills
* Be competent at "user level" with IT systems (CAFM, reporting, emails etc.)
* Have a full and clean driving license
Things you will be covering:
* Commercial lighting
* Emergency lights and testing
* Commercial power
* Fault finding and repairs
* Uninterrupted Power systems (UPS)
* Fire alarms
* Building Management systems (BMS)
You may also be required to work on:
* Fabric maintenance
* Basic plumbing
* HVAC
* Carpentry
* AHUs
* FCUs
Successful candidates will receive:
* Attractive salary (GBP36 - GBP37k)
* Holiday allowance (28 days including BH)
* Company van (brand new and fully expensed)
* On-call 1:4 (there will be GBP1,000 call out premium built into salary)
* Smartphone
* Travel package: 1st 45 mins to and from work are not paid
