We are assisting our client to find a part-time administrator for their Commercial Property department in Chester. They are a leading Cheshire law firm with three other offices across the region.

Key Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list):-

- Provide secretarial support services to the office which might include booking appointments, making travel arrangements, booking and preparing meeting rooms and diary management

- Arrange for all tasks such as copying, scanning and binding as required by the fee earners

- Produce bills and bank payment forms

- Schedule deeds and open deeds packets

- Order conveyancing searches

- Prepare Land Registry AP1 forms

- Prepare draft SDLT/LTT returns

Skills and experience:-

- A team player with a positive, cheerful attitude

- Previous experience working for a Commercial Property team at a law firm

- Effective communicator with clients, visitors and colleagues by telephone, face-to-face and in writing

- Conscientious, with strong attention to detail
