We are currently recruiting Support Workers for our clients to help provide exceptional support to private clients in their own homes in the Wisbech area.
Their staff come from all walks of life - some have little or no experience but have invaluable life experience and common goals to respect and care for people. Requirements
As a Support Worker you will require a clean driving licence and ideally have, but not essential: a minimum of six months experience within the care sector.
Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
Full time hours between the hours of 7am and 10pm on a rota basis (you must be flexible and be able to work between these hours)
Excellent Pay rate, between GBP9.00 to GBP13.75 per hour, and is dependent on experience and qualifications, to be discussed at interview stage.
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for:
Providing personal care to service users.
Adhering to each service user's Care Plan.
Providing support and encouragement to service users in all areas / activities of daily living.
Ensuring the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of service users as far as possible.
Communicating clearly and effectively, with service users, colleagues and management.
Personal development.In return you will be offered:
