Contract Administrator
Telford, Shropshire
Temp-to-Perm
GBP10.25 per hour
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
We are pleased to be working on behalf of a Telford based manufacturer who is looking to recruit a Contract Administrator based within a very busy environment.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
* Raise, agree and distribute documentation for newly allocated customers
* Update database and delivery schedule
* Process incoming documentation
* Ensure all contract monitoring programmes are updated
* Send out letters via post or email
* Work closely with other internal departments to ensure contracts are fulfilled
* Approve sub-contractors invoices for payment
* Raise invoices
* Process adhoc parts orders and arrange delivery
Skills and Experience
This is an extremely busy role where your priorities can change hourly so flexibility and the ability to juggle lots of projects at any one time will be absolutely essential. You will liaise extensively with all types of people so good communication skills are a pre-requisite. You will need to be a really strong administrator who can work well as part of a small team and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
