Trust Housing Association Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow, Govan. You will join us on a part-time, temporary maternity cover contract working 28 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of GBP15,100* or GBP15,710 per annum (*based on enhanced annual leave).
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Retirement Housing Coordinator, we will offer you: -
- Annual Salary GBP15,100* or GBP15,710 (*salary based on enhanced annual leave)
- Working 28 hours per week

What we're looking for in our Retirement Housing Coordinator:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants at Elder Street, Govan, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment. The Retirement Housing Co-ordinator is responsible for organising and the preparation of a daily meal for a small number of tenants (taking into consideration any special dietary requirements), serve meals and cleaning the
development's dining and kitchen areas in accordance with the development's Food Safety risk analysis (HACCP), and to keep appropriate records.
Skills and experience required to become our Retirement Housing Coordinator:
You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
