I am recruiting for a stunning local destination caf??, looking for a head chef to drive the business forward, if you are looking for a role with autonomy & freedom as well as NO NIGHTS, then read on.
As Bistro head chef you will run the kitchen as if it was your own business, having full responsibility for coaching, developing and mentoring your team, producing a menu using 100% fresh food.
The ideal candidate will come from a busy fresh food caf?? or restaurant background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run, motivate and develop the kitchen team and offering.
My client really invests time and effort in their team and recognise and reward those who go the extra mile, with a mix of industry training, excellent career progression and the opportunity to run your own kitchen
The hours for this role are 5 out of 7, 8am to 4pm
