Business Centre/Sales Manager

My client, a leading company who provide office space and facilities are currently recruiting for a Business Centre Manager on a full time permanent basis.

The role is paying between GBP28,000 to GBP31,000 plus a generous bonus scheme.

The role will involve -

Identify all sales opportunities and maximise these in order to meet KPIs and revenue targets
Supervising maintenance, reception and administration staff within your centre
Organising reports and invoices
Responsible for day to day operations
Strengthen and build the Bizspace brand by delivering exceptional service to clients and agents
Health and Safety
Complete a Sales and Marketing strategy
The ideal candidate will possess -

Sales and Management experience
Leisure or hospitality industry background
Previous managed a business centre - not essential
Ability to multi task and take on multiple projects
