Head Chef South Oxfordshire
GBP38-GBP40K basic + bens
Lovely, village location 4* hotel near Abingdon in Oxfordshire are currently looking to recruit a Head Chef to take the reigns in this kitchen. The property is part of a small group with sister hotels scattered around Oxfordshire and Northants. With a traditional British theme running throughout all their properties, their customers tend to be leisure guests, as well as locals that love quality food.
As their new Head Chef, you will have full control of the kitchen including the menu, staffing arrangements and set up. They offer traditional bistro type dishes, featuring restaurant classics, cooked very nicely using carefully chosen suppliers, all of which do a fan job across their portfolio.
We are looking for a Head chef that can bring new ideas to the table, working closely with the GM to drive the offering forward. We would consider either an experienced Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef who is looking for the opportunity to step up into a more senior role.
Need to be a very food focused chef who loves talking about food and building a strong food culture in their team. People need to matter to them as we love providing the opportunity within our teams to grow and develop.
