Reporting directly to the Finance manager, the successful applicant for a Purchase Ledger Clerk duties play a key role in:
Running the accounts payable function
Processing purchase invoices
Matching and Coding invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
VAT and making payments
Monitoring the purchase inbox
Petty Cash management
Supplier query resolutionProfile
The successful candidate for the Purchase Ledger Clerk will have the following attributes:
Proven track record in a similar role
Proficient in Excel
Organised and excellent communication skillsJob Offer
