Assistant Restaurant Manager - High-End Accoladed Restaurant & Bar Operation
Location: Cannock
Salary: Up to GBP28,000 + Tips + Benefits

Our client, a multi award winning restaurant and bar operation situated in rural Cannock are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The role:
You will be an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor with the ability to lead, coach and motivate your team, ensuring the best customer service is delivered to guests.
This Assistant Manager role will have a key focus on driving the liquor and food sales, implementing new procedures, and developing the team to ensure a seamless service within the restaurant operation.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
?? Be self-motivated, highly organised, a great mentor and preferably have experience within a similar role.
?? Be a strong communicator with the ability to work well with a large team forming a strong team bond.
?? Have a passion for amazing restaurant service.
?? Be enthusiastic, have a desire to exceed guest expectations and want to impress and progress.
?? Be a great communicator - excellent at developing relationships with the kitchen team, front of house team, senior management, and guests.
