Position: Internal Recruitment Resourcer
Salary: GBP15 per hour
Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday
Location: Leicester
Are you looking to become a team player at a continuously growing company and leading provider in passenger transport? Due to the demands of the industry and success of my client's business, I have an opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Resourcer in the Leicester area.
Internal Recruitment Resourcer Role:
As an Internal Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and shortlisting candidates across the country for my client's multiple depots. Working closely with the Internal Recruiters to ensure full support and coverage for each job vacancy.
Overseeing, building, and maintaining relationships with candidates. Candidate management is a crucial component with both active and passive candidates.
Internal Recruitment Resourcer Required Qualifications:
• Car licence
• Experience within the recruitment industry (internal or agency)
• Goal orientated
• Personable with excellent people skills
