Our client is looking for a new team member that has at least 5 years of coding experience, but is interested in moving away from hands-on development and into a Product Owner/Team Leader role.
They are a small Kent-based Dev agency with a Senior Management tier based in the UK and a team of mid-senior Devs in an outsourced team in India. Your role would be to support the outsourced team and assist in the delivery of bespoke projects developed primarily using the ASP.net MVC framework.
In return, they offer a competitive salary package, varied projects, flexible working and a supportive environment.
Please note, due to the current Covid situation the team are currently working remotely, however long-term, this role will be a mix of working 2 days per week from the office in Rochester and 3 from home. Therefore, it is essential that you can work effectively from home and that you are still within commutable distance of Rochester for the days you do come to the office.
