A Multinational Energy Company based in Thatcham is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a contract basis for 9 months.
Skills and experience:
- Receipt and Booking in of materials received from suppliers
- Processing of customer requisitions
- Maintaining local records and filing systems, archiving where required
- Taking diary bookings for deliveries. (UK Geographical knowledge is desirable)
- Release pick tickets
- Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently
- Raise and take ownership of delivery discrepancies, liaising with suppliers and chasing for a resolution.
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Strong Communication skills
- You need to be adaptable, self-motivated and have a flexible approach to working within a team and independently, have a high level of literacy and numerical skills and be well organised.
- Attention to detail is vital, your record keeping must be exemplary.
- Experience of Microsoft packages will also be required.
