We are currently looking for flexible, motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our innovative and passionate team as a full time Employment Advisor, supporting our participants to develop work related skills, to enable them to integrate within the workplace and become independent within their job role.
You will enable people with a range disabilities or health conditions and individuals facing disadvantage to access, obtain and maintain paid employment, through training and support in the workplace.
Due to the current circumstances, you will need to be able to utilise your working knowledge and skills to provide support to participants remotely, via the telephone and video technology. You will need to have access to a car and be able to drive.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, specifically around listening, questioning and building relationships.
• UK Driving Licence.
• Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to both work and colleagues.
• Ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines.
• Demonstrate empathy and an understanding of the barriers to work experienced by disabled and disadvantaged individuals
