Bar Supervisor - (Live-in an option)
Our client is a friendly, family run, 36-bedroom hotel with Bar based in South Woodham Ferrers.
They are currently seeking a competent individual who has previous experience of working as a Bar Supervisor / Bar person.
Our client is willing to consider strong candidates who are looking for a step-up from Bar Person, into this Supervisory role.
The ideal candidate will show the natural qualities which are required from any Bar Supervisor - someone who is friendly but professional, at ease dealing with customers and makes all guests feel welcome and relaxed.
The position will involve running the Bar, supervising staff, taking Hotel bookings over the phone, amongst other duties. An organised multi-tasker will succeed in this role.
The position is mainly evenings and weekends. Approximately 35 hours per week over 5 days.
Salary level depends on experience. Live-in accommodation is an option and will therefore be reflected in the salary level.
