Vacancy: Registrations & Compliance Administrator
Employment: Full time Permanent
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a keen eye to details, great communication skills and someone who can handle a fast-paced role.
A registrations & compliance administrator is predominantly a phone based role which will involve making outbound calls to new candidates to go through the process of registering their details for payroll.
The successful candidate will:
- Administer the paperwork to be completed
- Contact any contractors / new workers for any outstanding information needed for their payroll
- Verify ID to ensure we comply with government guidelines and communicate with our Agencies to update them on the progress of each registration.
- Deal with incoming calls & resolve any queries efficiently whilst delivering the best customer service
FULL TRAINING will be undertaken to understand the pay models that we offer in order to go through payments and deductions whilst on each call.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:30pm
