Are you a Surveyor who understands Estate Management? Do you understand Property Legislation and looking for a role with an ever-expanding telecoms company where you will be at the forefront of the 5G revolution?
This is an excellent opportunity to be recognised as a technical expert and have a major impact on the success of this company and their physical assets.
On Offer is an autonomous role which you will be taking care of the companies assets of risk. You will be negotiating with landlords on a daily basis who may be looking to redevelop the area or road widening etc. This is a role where you will need to be able to think on your feet and protect the companies assets.
The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer Telecoms services throughout Europe and can offer a great position as well as a generous benefits package.
This role will therefore suit a Estates Surveyor (or similar) who has a firm understanding of Property/Electronic Code Legislation looking to join a global powerhouse where you will work autonomously within a highly experienced team.
The Role:
* Surveyor (Estate Management)
* Act as the principal point of contact for landlords
* Protecting the companies assets
* GBP40,000 - GBP53,000 + Bonus + Development + Excellent Benefits Package
The Person:
* Estates Management experience (Telecommunications sector desirable)
* Understanding of Property/Electronic Code Legislation
* Ability to think on their feet
* Full UK Driving Licence
