A great opportunity for a permanent HR Advisor, within a fast-paced, national, leading organisation of their industry.
Your new role
As a permanent HR Advisor, you will be part of a wider HR team but covering a site with a small HR team.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing complex ER cases from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness absence cases, managing performance and maternity and paternity cases.
Coaching managers on a one-one basis on HR best practice.
Supporting the recruitment and selection process.
Updating HR policies and procedures when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR Advisor within a fast-paced environment. You must have experience managing complex ER cases from end-end. Ideally you will be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
