The Client & Role | Who Are They?
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a fluent French speaking customer service professional to support this growing manufacturing business in servicing its customer base in France. The main objective of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be communicating by phone and email with customers, aiding on a range of issues such as late deliveries, missing parts, faulty goods, export compliance issues etc. You will also support sales order processing and inputting.
The Candidate | What Are We Looking For?
This role is working usual office hours in a busy call centre office environment. We are looking for those with vibrant personalities that can't do enough for their customers. You must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing, obviously in French but also English as you will be liaising with various departments across the business.
You must also be IT literate and have a reasonable command of office applications, such as word and excel. It is expected that you will have some previous experience of phone-based customer support and service too but if you can demonstrate your desire for helping people, we would consider applications.
For those passionate customer advocates out there, there may also career progression opportunities as the business grows, it's not unheard of that you could move into other areas of the business in future years, if you so wish.
