Sales Progressor - Estate Agency

Your Move Lincoln have a fabulous opportunity to join their team as a Sales Progressor.

The main focus is to ensure the sales progression in residential sales is handled quickly, effectively and accurately, a full understanding of the conveyancing process is a must as this position provides crucial support to our Sales Teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders, other Estate Agents, Vendors and Purchasers providing an open line of communication and ensuring issues are resolved
• Ensure all aspects of the sales administration process are handled quickly, efficiently and accurately
• Ensure that Vendors and Purchasers receive a professional service and regular, detailed updates throughout their move
• Undertake specific actions as instructed by the Branch Manager
• Working to a pre-determined pipeline
• Work within a highly motivated, driven and successful team, ensuring the highest of standards are achieved

The Sales Progressor must possess:

• A minimum of 1 years residential Sales experience
• An understanding of the conveyancing process
• Knowledge of legislation affecting the operation of residential sales
• Good personal presentation and conduct
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate accurately both verbally and in writing
• Confident and proficient in dealing with customers and fellow colleagues
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Good organisation and a methodical approach
