As Lead Nurse at HMP Norwich your days will be rewarding & varied and include but not limited to:

* Provide a high level of clinical supervision to the Nursing team.

* Create developmental pathways of care across HMP Norwich with a focus on improving the consistency of patient experience across the prison.

* The lead nurse will act as a lead practitioner and work within professional and academic standards of nursing practice to facilitate learning, teaching and practice assessments within HMP Norwich

* Working with the wider leadership team to communicate and deliver the clinical and operation plans for the business unit.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have an NMC registration with Management experience at Band 7 or above. You will also have strong leadership skills and experience of; supporting learning in a clinical environment.
