Job description:

We design and manufacture tactical apparel and equipment, composite materials and armour for police and military in over 50 countries. We are a young, lively office, and we are growing fast. We are looking for a Program Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and implementation of projects.

  • Defining a project's scope and goals.

  • Planning and scheduling project timelines.

  • Coordinating project staff.

  • Resource planning and allocation.

  • Quality assurance.

  • Carrying out risk assessment.

  • Managing project administration, including all documentation.

  • Meeting budgetary objectives.

  • Reporting regularly to senior management.

  • Managing client relationships.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Project evaluations and results measurement using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
